Why I Do What I Do
Research Driven
I believe every teacher can continue to grow, regardless of where they are in their career. Through evidence-informed professional development, drawing on Education Endowment Foundation guidance, I use a blend of instructional coaching, live coaching and deliberate practice to help schools develop confident teachers and create greater consistency in the classroom.
Expert Knowledge in schools
Having seen the impact of this approach first-hand in schools, I became passionate about helping more teachers and leaders experience its benefits. That's why I stepped away from a successful headship to focus on supporting schools to develop effective coaching cultures and professional development systems that lead to lasting improvement.
